We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build strong talent pipelines for technical and non-technical roles, and partner with hiring teams to attract and hire high-quality candidates aligned with business needs and culture.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for telecom Positions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, competencies, and team needs.
- Coordinate and conduct HR interviews using structured and competency-based methods.
- Manage candidate experience and communication throughout the process.
- Support offer negotiation by providing market insights and salary benchmarks.
- Track and report recruitment KPIs (e.g., time to hire, offer acceptance rate, source efficiency).
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
- Familiarity with technical roles and the ability to assess developer skills and career fit.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with KPI tracking and reporting ability.
- High ownership and accountability.
