Nobitex is seeking a strategic, people-focused HR Business Partner to join its HR team. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key role in aligning Nobitex’s HR strategy with business objectives. The role directly contributes to achieving business objectives by supporting organizational leaders in areas such as workforce planning, talent development, performance management and employee engagement, while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. The HR Business Partner acts as a trusted advisor to managers, balancing strategic HR initiatives with effective day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with managers to align HR strategies and initiatives with business goals.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, development, performance evaluation, and exit processes.
- Oversee performance management cycles and ensure the effectiveness of goal setting, assessments, and feedback mechanisms.
- Monitor employee engagement metrics and support initiatives that increase employee motivation, productivity, and retention.
- Providing expert advice on employee relations cases to ensure fair, consistent and compliant implementation of human resources policies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Center of Excellence (CoE), Compensation & Benefits (C&B), and Payroll teams to optimize and integrate HR operations.
- Analyze HR data and metrics (such as turnover, absenteeism, and engagement) and provide actionable insights to managers and senior leaders.
- Promote and reinforce Nobitex's corporate culture, values, professional ethics, and compliance standards in assigned departments.
- Lead talent review and succession planning processes for professional and management roles.
- Coordinate and participate in promotion and performance evaluation committees to ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency in decision-making.
- Advise leaders on change management and design effective communication strategies during organizational or systemic transformations.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of work experience in human resources related roles.
- Strong understanding of human resources operations, labor law and employee relations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Proficiency in human resources systems, data analysis, and reporting tools
