We are a startup operating in the intercity freight transportation sector, looking for a Product Manager who can take full ownership of the product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery and growth. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge business needs, real-world logistics operations, and technical execution, while playing a key role in scaling a live, operational product. The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, operations, marketing, and leadership teams to build a data-driven, user-centric product.

 
Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Conduct product discovery through user research, data analysis, and market/competitor insights
• Translate business and operational needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize features and manage the product backlog using structured frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW)
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end
• Work with operations and support teams to identify real-world bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
• Define, monitor, and analyze product KPIs (conversion, retention, SLA, NPS, etc.)
• Manage product releases and ensure continuous improvement of user experience
• Balance speed, quality, and cost in a fast-paced startup environment
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, analysis, and decision-making

 
Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in Product Management for digital products
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle
• Proven ability to write clear product documentation
• Data-driven mindset with solid skills in Excel/Google Sheets and product metrics
• Good technical knowledge (APIs, system flows, basic architecture) without requiring coding
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, especially in engineering
• Familiarity with product and project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, etc.)
• Experience reviewing UX/UI designs (e.g., Figma) and improving user journeys
• Ability to use AI tools effectively to improve productivity and insight generation
• Strong ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in logistics, marketplaces, or operation-heavy platforms is a strong plus
• Prior experience in a startup environment is highly preferred
