We are a startup operating in the intercity freight transportation sector looking for a QA Engineer who can independently ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of our platform. This role involves close collaboration with backend, frontend, product, and operations teams, and plays a critical part in scaling a real, production-grade logistics product.
 
Responsibilities:

• Design, document, and execute test cases and test scenarios for core platform features (order creation, pricing, payment, tracking, admin and operations panels).
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing across web applications.
• Test and validate RESTful APIs, including response structure, status codes, edge cases, and error handling.
• Identify, report, track, and verify bugs until full resolution.
• Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, and product teams in an agile, startup-driven environment.
• Participate in pre-release and post-deployment testing to ensure production stability.
• Analyze real-world user and operational scenarios specific to logistics workflows.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, documentation, and overall product quality.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate testing, identify edge cases, analyze logs, and improve test coverage.

 
Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance (Manual QA with basic Automation exposure).
• Solid understanding of QA principles, SDLC, and bug life cycle.
• Experience in testing web applications and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium and Postman/Insomnia.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for testing and behavior analysis).
• Familiarity with unit testing concepts and QA in CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Git and experience working in version-controlled teams (GitLab preferred).
• Ability to use AI tools effectively for test design, debugging, log analysis, and documentation, with an understanding of their limitations and best practices.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and scenario-driven thinking.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Prior experience in a startup environment is a strong plus.
