We are a startup operating in the intercity freight transportation sector, looking for a DevOps Engineer who can independently design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure for a real, production-grade platform. This role involves close collaboration with backend, product, and operations teams and plays a key part in scaling a fast-growing logistics product.
 
Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance in production environments
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes
• Improve system reliability, security, and scalability
• Participate in architectural and technical decision-making
• Collaborate closely with backend, product, and operations teams
• Use AI tools to speed up troubleshooting, automation, and infrastructure analysis

 
Requirements:

• Solid experience with Linux environments and basic networking concepts
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (including Helm)
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar)
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
• Ability to write and maintain Shell scripts
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
• Familiarity with REST-based service architectures
• Understanding of security fundamentals (SSL/TLS, secrets management, backups)
• Ability to use AI tools effectively for debugging, scripting, and infrastructure understanding
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
• Prior experience working in a startup environment is a strong plus
