

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team and work closely with the CHRO. This role is primarily focused on coordinating recruitment interviews, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth and timely execution of HR-related meetings and administrative tasks.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, and operational support, and is interested in gaining hands-on experience in Human Resources.
Schedule and coordinate recruitment interviews with candidates and interviewers
Communicate with candidates, provide guidance, and ensure a positive candidate experience
Ensure interviews are conducted on time and without issues (online or onsite)
Follow up on interview status and keep the HR team updated
Manage and organize the CHRO’s calendar
Coordinate HR-related meetings and appointments
Send reminders and support follow-ups when needed
Handle HR-related purchases (gifts, flowers, employee-related items)
Manage petty cash and track HR expenses
Coordinate with the finance team for invoices and expense documentation
Support other administrative and operational HR tasks as needed
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and reliability
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with Office tools and calendar management (Google Calendar or similar)
Interest in Human Resources
Previous experience in coordination or administrative roles is a plus but not required
