Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Backend Team Lead to guide our development team in building scalable, high-performance web applications using .NET.
This role is a handson technical leadership position, combining approximately 70% hands on development with 30% team leadership and management responsibilities. The ideal candidate has strong backend engineering skills, solid architectural experience, and the ability to collaborate closely with frontend, product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of backend systems using .NET / ASP.NET Core.
• Design, build, and maintain APIs in close collaboration with frontend teams.
• Define coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor backend developers.
• Make key technical decisions related to system architecture, databases, and third-party integrations.
• Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and stability of backend services.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root-cause analysis.
• Lead and support a backend team (~5 developers) and contribute to their technical growth.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Plan and deliver high-quality features on time, including task breakdown and effort estimation.
• Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement of live systems.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and monitoring tools
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems
• Experience or strong interest in AI-powered backend features, such as:

            Integrating AI/ML or LLM-based services
            Building data-driven or intelligent backend systems
