Job Description

Company Introduction
SEPEX is an international logistics company specializing in International Courier Services, Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, and Door-to-Door Logistics Solutions. The company provides comprehensive services in both B2B and B2C sectors, supported by a strong international network and professional team.
To expand our sales operations and international market presence, we are looking for a qualified Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team.

 Key Responsibilities:
Identify, attract, and develop new customers in international logistics and transportation services (B2B & B2C)
Conduct effective and persuasive outbound and inbound sales calls
Perform telephone marketing and systematic follow-up of sales leads
Conduct face-to-face marketing and participate in sales meetings and negotiations
Present logistics solutions tailored to customer needs
Negotiate professionally, prepare quotations, and follow up until contract closure
Maintain effective communication with overseas offices and international agents
Conduct professional business correspondence and conversations in English
Build impactful commercial relationships with international partners
Participate in domestic and international business trips
Attend exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and professional training events
Collaborate closely with operations and support teams to enhance customer satisfaction
Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends
 
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing
Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, courier services, or international trade is a strong advantage
Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales
Strong skills in telephone sales, face-to-face marketing, and client negotiations
High persuasion power and effective negotiation skills
Ability to manage objections and close deals successfully
Proficiency in spoken and written English (business level)
Ability to communicate effectively with overseas offices and international partners
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills, responsibility, and team-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
