Campaign Senior Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Campaign Senior Specialist to join our team at Azkivam. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing and growth campaigns across different channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, creative, and data teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

·       Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

·       High attention to detail to ensure accurate execution, tracking, and reporting of campaigns

·       A proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

·       Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously (multi-tasking skills)

·       Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing or growth campaigns

·       Ability to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders to ensure on-time campaign launches

·       Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor campaign performance and extract actionable insights

·       Familiarity with digital marketing channels (such as CRM, performance marketing, in-app campaigns, or partnerships) is a plus

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes

·       Strong organizational and prioritization skills

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field (preferred)

·       Previous experience in a fintech is a plus
