Project Management Specialist | Marketing

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Project Management Specialist to support merchandising activities, and the follow-up of ongoing projects at Azkivam. This role is ideal for someone at an early stage of their career who is eager to learn, highly organized, and capable of ensuring smooth execution across multiple initiatives.

You will work closely with marketing, content, design, and product teams to coordinate tasks, track progress, document outcomes, and help bring ideas to life. Strong communication skills, accuracy, and an interest in trends and research are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

·       Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders

·       High attention to detail to ensure accurate execution, follow-ups, and task tracking

·       Ability to manage and follow up on multiple small to mid-sized projects simultaneously

·       Ability to document processes, decisions, and outcomes clearly and systematically

·       Experience or strong capability in preparing reports, summaries, and performance updates

·       Familiarity with trend analysis, online research, and search to support content and merchandising decisions

·       Creative and idea-driven mindset with the ability to contribute suggestions and improvements when needed

·       Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and ownership of tasks

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
