Job Description:

As a Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  •  Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies in line with organizational goals
  •  Identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer portfolio (B2B / B2G)
  •  Analyzing market trends, competitors, and industry insights and reporting findings to management
  •  Planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns
  •  Preparing professional presentation materials using appropriate visualization tools
  •  Identifying customers and competitors in international markets to develop new business segments
  • Conducting professional negotiations with key clients and preparing technical–commercial proposals
  •  Participating actively in tenders and preparing related sales and marketing documentation
  • Managing customer relationships and building long‑term partnerships
  •  Collaborating closely with technical, product, and support teams to deliver tailored solutions
  •  Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection
  •  Preparing analytical and managerial reports on sales performance and market status

Qualifications:

  •  Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in IT or digital solutions
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  •  Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment
  •  Familiarity with B2B/B2G sales processes and tendering procedures
