Job Description:
As a Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies in line with organizational goals
- Identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer portfolio (B2B / B2G)
- Analyzing market trends, competitors, and industry insights and reporting findings to management
- Planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns
- Preparing professional presentation materials using appropriate visualization tools
- Identifying customers and competitors in international markets to develop new business segments
- Conducting professional negotiations with key clients and preparing technical–commercial proposals
- Participating actively in tenders and preparing related sales and marketing documentation
- Managing customer relationships and building long‑term partnerships
- Collaborating closely with technical, product, and support teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection
- Preparing analytical and managerial reports on sales performance and market status
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in IT or digital solutions
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with B2B/B2G sales processes and tendering procedures
