Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of one of our key product areas. In this role, you will define a clear product direction, deeply understand customer needs, and translate insights into scalable, high-impact solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life, balancing customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with autonomy, thrives in ambiguity, and takes full ownership of outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Set the Vision: You’ll define a clear, inspiring direction for your product area — then bring others along for the ride. Whether it’s your team, leadership, or clients, you know how to rally people around a shared goal.
- Obsess Over the Customer: You’ll spend time listening to users, digging into their pain points, and understanding what they really need — not just today, but down the line. Your work will help us build solutions that are both impactful and future-ready.
- Own the Roadmap: You’ll prioritize what we work on next — balancing customer feedback, business goals, and market signals. You’ll also collaborate with teams and stakeholders to keep everyone aligned and moving in the same direction.
- Partner Across Teams: You’ll work hand-in-hand with engineers, designers, client teams, and leadership to bring ideas to life — delivering thoughtful, high-quality products on time.
- Think Beyond Launch: You won’t just ship and forget. You’ll track performance, gather feedback, and keep improving. This role has a strong focus about scale, quality, and long-term value.
- Let Data Guide You: You’ll use metrics to validate decisions, measure success, and find new opportunities. But you’ll also trust your instincts, experience, and feedback from real people.
- Bring Yourself to the Table: This isn’t a role where you’ll be told exactly what to do. You’ll be trusted to lead, make calls, and figure out the best way forward — even when things are a bit ambiguous. Your creativity, energy, and point of view will be key.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of progressive experience in product management, preferably in the food delivery or related industry.
- Previous experience in the e-commerce or q-commerce industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
