At Okala, we’re looking for a Junior Marketing Automation Specialist to join our marketing team and walk alongside us on our journey to build smarter, more personalized, and more effective customer engagement experiences.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in creating, setting up, and launching automated Push and SMS campaigns
- Build customer journeys, workflows, and triggered communication flows using automation tools
- Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and engagement levels
- Run campaign tests (A/B tests, deliverability checks, content QA) prior to launch
- Monitor campaign performance through dashboards and analytics tools
- Prepare basic KPI reports: open rate, click-through rate, conversions, engagement
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to prepare assets for templates and landing pages
- Maintain and clean contact databases for accurate targeting
- Support the marketing team with daily operational tasks
What You Bring:
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles
- Familiarity with at least one marketing automation platform
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Analytical mindset and interest in working with data and metrics
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
