Job Description

Our Marketing team is at the heart of this transformation, and now we’re looking for a Campaign Manager to join us and play a key role in driving our brand’s growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute digital campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention

  • Build integrated marketing campaigns tailored to different market segments

  • Test marketing channels and tactics to identify scalable and high-impact strategies, especially in Digital and Gamification

  • Manage campaigns end-to-end: from ideation and planning to execution and reporting

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align campaigns with business goals and brand guidelines

  • Identify and develop partnership opportunities with external organizations and brands

  • Work closely with designers and the Creative Team to develop campaign assets and benchmarks

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and analyze key marketing KPIs (TOM, Awareness metrics, etc.)

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

 

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech or e-commerce

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working with external agencies and vendors

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

  • Passion for the grocery/FMCG industry and making a meaningful impact

  • Experience with user acquisition and retention metrics (CAC,New Customer, New Lead)

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization

Plus:

  • Experience with offline campaigns such as OOH and DOOH

  • Experience executing partnership campaigns

  • Experience executing Video Marketing campaigns
