Develop and execute digital campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
Build integrated marketing campaigns tailored to different market segments
Test marketing channels and tactics to identify scalable and high-impact strategies, especially in Digital and Gamification
Manage campaigns end-to-end: from ideation and planning to execution and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align campaigns with business goals and brand guidelines
Identify and develop partnership opportunities with external organizations and brands
Work closely with designers and the Creative Team to develop campaign assets and benchmarks
Monitor campaign performance daily and analyze key marketing KPIs (TOM, Awareness metrics, etc.)
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech or e-commerce
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with external agencies and vendors
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Passion for the grocery/FMCG industry and making a meaningful impact
Experience with user acquisition and retention metrics (CAC,New Customer, New Lead)
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
Plus:
Experience with offline campaigns such as OOH and DOOH
Experience executing partnership campaigns
Experience executing Video Marketing campaigns
