Finance Manager

Job Purpose:
Manage financial planning, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls to support strategic decision-making and ensure financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with local GAAP (IFRS knowledge is a plus).
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis; monitor performance vs. budget.
Manage cash flow, treasury, receivables/payables, and banking relationships.
Maintain internal controls, identify financial risks, and ensure process compliance.
Supervise and develop the finance team; drive process improvements and automation.
Provide financial insights to management and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.
5-7 years of relevant finance experience, including managerial responsibility.
Experience in corporate finance, JV structures, or regulated environments is an advantage.
Strong accounting, financial analysis, ERP skills, leadership, and communication abilities.
Fluent in English for effective communication with international management and reporting.
