About the Role:

The Senior Accounting Specialist) AR( is responsible for maintaining healthy and sustainable settlement procedures with contract parties, ensuring timely settlements with vendors and other stakeholders, monitoring and preventing over/under payments, and demonstrating professional behavior in the workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Recording and maintenance of general accounting records on a day-to-day basis.
• Timely execution of payments based on the appropriate contracts due date.
• Follow up and clarify the conflicts that customers may face.
• Effective and timely preparation of the requested reports from the managers.
• Assistance in annual statutory audit and tax engagements.
• Maintenance of a healthy and sustainable settlement procedure with contract parties.
• Ensuring timely settlements with vendors and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitoring and preventing any possible instances of over/under payment.
• Demonstration of professional behavior in the workplace.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of accounting standards.
• Ability to function efficiently under time constraints.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP.
• Familiarity with the Law on Sales Terminals and the Taxpayer System.
• Familiarity with Rahkaran.
• Familiarity with modern payment methods and fintech solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
