Job Description

Responsibilities

               •             Managing CEO’s calendar, meetings and travel arrangements

               •             Preparing reports, documents and meeting minutes

               •             Handling calls, emails and internal/external communications

               •             Coordinating with different departments and following up tasks

               •             Ensuring confidentiality and smooth workflow at the executive level

 

Requirements

               •             5+ years experience in EA / Executive Assistant / Office Manager roles

               •             Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite

               •             Good English communication skills

               •             Excellent organizational, communication and multitasking abilities

               •             Professional appearance and attitude
