Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and reminders

  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings

  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items

  • Handle and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO

  • Draft, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations

  • Coordinate business travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries)

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior management, staff, and external partners

  • Track tasks assigned by the CEO and provide regular status updates

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Support day-to-day administrative and executive office operations


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field preferred)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar executive support role

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a plus
