Senior Project Enablement Specialist

Job Description

•       Provide hands-on enablement and execution support to group-level initiatives.
•        Support project leads in structuring scope, milestones, roles, and execution approaches.
•        Prepare high-quality analytical materials, reports, and executive-ready presentations.
•       Support tracking of key milestones, dependencies, and risks through structured inputs.
•       Apply and support project methodologies, frameworks, and tools used within the VMO.
•       Contribute to continuous improvement of templates, standards, and ways of working.

Requirements

•       Experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives.
•      Communication, collaboration, analytical thinking, organizational awareness.
•       Judgment, accountability, resilience, ability to operate under ambiguity.
•        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
•        5–8 years of experience in project support, PMO, transformation, or consulting roles.
•       Experience working in group-level environments.
•       Fluent in English and Persian.
