Responsibilities:

• Support the HR department in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and compensation & benefits
•  Payroll & Attendance: Calculate attendance, overtime, and absences; prepare payroll data and ensure timely salary processing.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, update, and maintain HR documentation such as contracts, policies, and employee files; ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. 
• Administrative Support: Handle HR-related administrative matters including catering services, facility management, and security coordination. 
• Reporting: Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making. 

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
•  Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Solid experience in HR practices and employee relations
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensure proper follow-up, and deliver results with patience and persistence.
