Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our Snapp Box team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex projects, handling multiple initiatives at once, and driving impact in fast-paced environments. This role requires strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple product initiatives, from discovery to delivery.
• Drive execution of complex projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Define and prioritize product requirements based on user needs and business goals.
• Analyze performance metrics, gather feedback, and continuously improve product outcomes.
• Work with large-scale and B2B clients to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Explore and utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and support decision-making.
• Participate in scrum meetings (standups, retrospectives, etc.) and ensure complete documentation of Jira and Confluence. 

Requirements / Qualifications

• +3 years of experience in this field
• Proven experience managing complex and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Background in Computer Software, Computer Science, or related fields (Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred).
• Experience working with large organizations and/or B2B clients is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work with various AI tools to streamline processes and support product development.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
• Have technical proficiency, i.e., understand software development processes and can clearly outline logic and methods.
• Experience with SQL/Python. 
• Experience in logistics and the movement of packages is an advantage. 
• Great project management.
• A can-do attitude with excellent problem-solving skills despite tight deadlines or limited resources.
