Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our company’s operational processes and drive sustainable growth. In this role, you will work closely with the executive team to translate strategy into actionable goals, ensuring optimal performance across all departments. You will play a key role in financial planning, change management, and conflict resolution, helping Bugloos maintain its high standards of delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
- Financial Oversight: Manage P&L and Unit Economics, using data to forecast financial and operational performance.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, helping teams adapt to new frameworks and ensuring high adoption rates of new processes.
- Conflict Resolution: Proactively resolve internal disputes and foster a collaborative, problem-solving culture.
- Cross-Departmental Management: oversee daily operations and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.).
- Reporting: Analyze data and key metrics (using BI tools) to report performance to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 10–14 years of experience in Business Management, Operations Management, or Organizational Consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s/MBA is preferred).
Tools & Tech:
- Proficiency in ERP & CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix24, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong data analysis skills using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Excel.
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing metrics (SEO, PPC, Conversion).
- Project Management: Expert understanding of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Language: A Strong command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-departmental initiatives independently
