About the Role
The HR Generalist (Tech & Product) supports the end-to-end employee experience for Product, Engineering, and Tech teams in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. This role focuses on operational excellence, employee relations, and performance processes, while working closely with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to support scalable and high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Own core HR operations across the employee lifecycle for Tech & Product teams, from onboarding to offboarding
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, and people-related matters
- Support performance management cycles, OKRs, and continuous feedback processes
- Partner with managers on employee relations cases and workplace challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
- Coordinate onboarding programs tailored to Tech & Product roles to improve time-to-productivity
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and documentation within HR systems
- Support engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and related action plans
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring, onboarding quality, and workforce scalability
- Ensure compliance with internal HR standards and local labor regulations
- Prepare HR operational reports and contribute to data-driven people insights
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a People Operations role
- Experience working with Tech, Product, or Engineering teams is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of HR operations and the employee lifecycle
- Data-aware mindset with experience working with HR reports and people metrics
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile, and ambiguous environments
- High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Fluent in English
