Job Description:

• Estimate costs and prepare budgets for CM products
• Organize process workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• Monitor production to resolve issues
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
• To check that the manufacturing process meets all quality standards and health and safety regulations
• To ensure GMP aspects of production process.
• monitoring and improving productivity
• to monitor size parts and ensure about maintenance of production equipment
• collecting data and producing reports
• liaising with CMO departments to ensure about quality and quantity of products
• Identify risks and opportunities.
• Responsible for assuring compliances to all regulatory requirements and communicate it with CMO departments.
• Perform analytical review, recommend, and implement corrective action for any exception condition.
• Improving OEE & decreasing stoppage

Requirements:

• Full familiarity with manufacturing injectable products
• Familiarity with GMP Standards especially sterile and injectable products
• Mastering the production of different injectable products
• Effective experience in related position
• Familiarity with Project Management
• English Fluency: Advance
• Ability to provide appropriate solutions to improve and resolve problems
