About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end digital experience across our website, landing pages, and marketing funnels. This role combines UI/UX design, digital marketing understanding, web development collaboration, and product thinking, with a strong focus on conversion, user journeys, and business impact.
You will work cross-functionally with marketing, development, and leadership teams, contribute within Agile workflows, and ensure high-quality execution through design leadership and QA.

 
Key Responsibilities
Own and design end-to-end product and user experiences across websites, landing pages, and funnels
Design high-converting UI/UX with strong focus on CTAs, funnels, and user/client journeys
Align design decisions with digital marketing, paid ads, and lead generation strategies
Collaborate within Agile environments (sprints, backlogs, iterations) with developers and stakeholders
Lead and support website development initiatives; collaborate with internal teams or external agencies
Contribute hands-on to front-end work and guide implementation with backend understanding
Own QA, UX consistency, usability, and performance across all web and product releases

What We’re Looking For
Senior-level Product Designer or UI/UX Designer experience with a strong portfolio
Strong understanding of digital marketing, funnels, and conversion optimization
Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
Website and web product experience with leadership and QA ownership
Clear communicator with a strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
