We are seeking an In-App Merchandising Operations Manager to own and optimize the digital storefront of our app. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Commercial, and Data, this role is responsible for ensuring that the right products are presented to the right users at the right time to maximize Conversion Rate and Average Order Value (AOV).
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and execute customer-centric in-app merchandising strategies based on data and insight
- Manage end-to-end execution of in-app campaigns, including banners, carousels, pop-ups, and collections.
- Own the digital shelf space by prioritizing high-performing and sponsored vendors while maintaining a diverse user experience.
- Track and optimize key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, and Take Rate.
- Act as the operational bridge between Commercial and Product teams to ensure feasibility and impact of campaigns.
- Run A/B tests and continuously optimize merchandising performance.
Requirements :
- +5 years of experience in E-commerce, Q-Commerce, or Digital Marketing Operations
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and A/B testing frameworks
- High attention to detail and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, always-on environment
