As a Restaurant Vertical Supervisor, you will report directly to the Verticals Manager and take ownership of the day-to-day execution of our largest and most complex vertical: Food.
This role focuses on real-time operations, ensuring healthy restaurant supply, strong coverage, and alignment with customer demand patterns to deliver a reliable and high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and optimize the restaurant portfolio in each area to ensure strong cuisine variety and coverage
- Work closely with the Sales team to prioritize onboarding of high-demand restaurants
- Monitor restaurant online rates during peak lunch and dinner hours and resolve operational issues
- Analyze and reduce order rejection and cancellation rates through training and process improvements
- Execute localized incentives and promotions to better utilize available supply
- Monitor live dashboards to identify supply–demand gaps by neighborhood
- Deliver weekly performance deep-dives and insights to the Verticals Manager
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in Business, Operations, or Sales (Food Delivery experience is a strong plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with shifting priorities
- Strong data literacy with hands-on experience using Excel or Google Sheets
