About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Social Media Manager who fully understands how social media works in a B2B / SaaS environment.
You will be responsible for managing Ainfluencer’s social media channels end-to-end — from content planning and publishing to performance analysis and continuous optimization — with a strong focus on brand growth, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Ainfluencer’s brand, business goals, and growth targets.
- Manage and grow Ainfluencer’s presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and others.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (educational, promotional, product-focused, and brand storytelling).
- Collaborate closely with marketing, SEO, content, and product teams to ensure message consistency.
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and optimize content based on insights.
- Stay up to date with platform algorithms, trends, and best practices—especially in B2B and SaaS marketing.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages and fostering a professional online community.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new content and growth opportunities.
- Support campaign launches, product updates, and influencer marketing initiatives through social channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (preferably in SaaS, B2B, or digital platforms).
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and analytics.
- Experience managing professional brand accounts, especially on LinkedIn.
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Strong sense of branding, consistency, and attention to detail.
