The Hub Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our development hub. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and business requirements, ensuring that our teams deliver high-quality solutions on time. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge (PHP/Angular ecosystems) and strong management capabilities to guide team decisions and optimize workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Create synergy within diverse teams and guide them through technical and operational challenges.
- Decision Making: Deliver informed, timely, and strategic decisions to keep projects moving forward.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance, ensuring efficient task prioritization and strict adherence to deadlines.
- Customer Focus: Ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed customer needs and quality standards.
- Problem Solving: Proactively innovate and resolve issues before they impact the project timeline.
- Technical Guidance: Oversee architectural patterns and development methodologies to ensure best practices.
Requirements & Skills:
1- Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Business Process Management, Performance Analysis, or Organizational Consulting within an IT context.
2- Technical Knowledge:
- Backend: Familiarity with PHP (Laravel/Symfony), MySQL, Unit Testing, and SOLID design patterns.
- Frontend: Familiarity with Angular, UI Testing, E2E Testing, and State Management.
- General: Understanding of modern software development methodologies and cloud platforms.
- Language: A Strong command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
