

At Technopay, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist with strong experience in eCRM and Marketing Automation. We seek a data-driven, creative, and detail-oriented professional who can design, execute, and analyze customer communication campaigns and optimize the customer lifecycle using WebEngage.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage customer segments based on user behavior and performance
Design and optimize customer journeys aligned with marketing and customer loyalty goals
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing automation campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.)
Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize campaign performance
Improve Click-Through Rate (CTR) and Conversion Rate (CR) across communication channels
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rate, customer retention rate, and engagement rate
Collaborate with product, CRM, sales, and content teams to deliver consistent and effective messaging
Prepare analytical reports and propose continuous improvement initiatives for customer communication processes
Key Competencies
Strong proficiency in WebEngage
High data analysis capability with the ability to extract actionable insights
Expertise in user segmentation based on behavior and customer value
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer relationship management processes
Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Power BI, and Metabase
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Proven ability to plan and execute targeted, data-driven campaigns
Collaboration Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in ECRM or Marketing Automation
Hands-on experience with customer engagement platforms (preferably WebEngage)
Good understanding of Customer Lifecycle Management and Retention Marketing concepts
