Job Description

Role Mission

Designing and executing internal communication strategies to strengthen organizational culture, align employees with business and marketing campaigns, and manage the organization’s professional image across official channels, particularly LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

1. Internal Communications

  • Plan and execute the organization’s internal communication strategy

  • Develop and manage official internal messages (announcements, newsletters, CEO messages, internal notices)

  • Ensure clear, consistent, and unified messaging across all departments

2. Internal & Organizational Event Management

  • Design and execute event plans for internal events (campaign launches, internal meetings, organizational occasions)

  • Manage end-to-end event execution, from ideation to implementation and final reporting

  • Coordinate vendors, timelines, and event budgets

3. Corporate LinkedIn Management

  • Plan and manage LinkedIn content for employer branding purposes

  • Handle LinkedIn interactions and messages (inbound and outbound)

  • Collaborate closely with social media and brand teams to ensure tone and message alignment

4. Internal Promotion of Marketing Campaigns

  • Translate marketing campaigns into internal communication language to drive employee engagement

  • Design internal communication scenarios for campaign pre-launch phases

  • Create internal communication tools to encourage employee participation in campaigns

5. Close Collaboration with HR

  • Work closely with the HR team on organizational culture, employer branding, and employee communications

  • Provide communication support for HR initiatives (recruitment, onboarding, HR events)

  • Participate in the design and execution of employee-related events

6. Brand Message Alignment

  • Ensure brand message consistency across internal and semi-external communications

  • Collaborate with marketing, brand, and senior management teams to develop key messages

7. Reporting & Evaluation

  • Prepare periodic reports on internal PR activities, events, and LinkedIn performance

  • Provide improvement recommendations based on employee feedback and engagement data

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Employer Branding

  • Strong event planning and execution management skills

  • Excellent professional writing and organizational messaging abilities

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn as a communication and branding platform

Strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills
