Responsibilities:

• Analyze end-to-end processes and identify bottlenecks
• Track key metrics (Time to Action, Time to Close, SLA)
• Build dashboards and automated reports
• Define and monitor performance KPIs
• Document and redesign processes
• Automate repetitive tasks using simple scripts and tools

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Solid Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Familiarity with process analysis and KPIs
• Comfortable using AI tools
• Basic scripting experience is a plus (Python / Apps Script)
