Behpardakht Mellat is developing and operating a large-scale and transformative enterprise data project and is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join its data and analytics team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about designing, processing, and analyzing large-scale and sensitive data, and who enjoy working with data-driven systems in an enterprise FinTech environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data architectures and data pipelines
- Work with large volumes of transactional and analytical data in enterprise environments
- Implement and maintain CDC and replication solutions to support near real-time data processing
- Collaborate with analytics and business teams to enable data-driven decision-making
- Optimize data models, queries, and storage for performance and reliability
- Support analytical and reporting platforms to ensure data accuracy and availability
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with security and governance requirements
- Participate in data-centric projects with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in Data Engineering and enterprise data architecture
- Strong proficiency in Oracle Database and development using PL/SQL
- Practical experience working with Oracle GoldenGate (Microservices Architecture) for CDC and data replication
- Experience with ClickHouse and a solid understanding of OLAP concepts and large-scale analytical workloads
- Experience with analytical and reporting tools such as Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)
- Familiarity with MetaBase and designing analytical dashboards
- Solid understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, ETL / ELT processes, and data modeling
- Familiarity with high-volume financial systems, transactional data, and FinTech requirements is considered a strong advantage
- High attention to detail, strong learning mindset, and ability to collaborate effectively in data-driven teams
