

Roles & Responsibilities
· To lead the entire Fiber project acceptance process, including Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC) and Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC) for all FTTx projects, ensuring all passive and active components meet specifications.
· To verify and validate all Fiber project documentation, certifications, and compliance reports as per CRA and internal company guidelines.
· To formally manage the handover of accepted Fiber segments from implementation vendors to the maintenance vendor and Network teams
· To monitor the daily performance of both implementation and maintenance vendors against agreed KPIs and SLAs
· To prepare, review, and approve the daily JCC report for each vendor, raise the shortcomings or violations, and follow till resolution
· To approve and enforce contractual penalties (liquidated damages) to implementation vendors for non-compliance or delays.
· To utilize resources and materials to ensure achieving the FTTx network operation national objectives.
· To advise MTNIrancell regional managers to identify opportunities, risks, and possible environmental problems concerning external organizations.
· To overlook the maintenance vendor's performance, including fault reporting, repair times, and network availability.
· To manage and lead the implementation of the appropriate procedure for all FTTX network deployments.
· To formalize monthly progress and service invoices from vendors prior to payment processing.
· To control and monitor the payment process to ensure services rendered are acceptable and in line with contracts.
· To provide leadership and guidance to FTTx operations management staff and MS vendors according to company strategy and other departments.
· To act as the primary company representative for Fiber delivery and operations in meetings with vendors, regulators (CRA), and other external organizations (e.g., UNSPs, TIC, etc).
· To interface and align closely with internal departments (NWG, S&D, EB, etc.) to consolidate feedback, report issues, and follow up on resolution for all stakeholders.
· To manage the team scattered in regions to ensure the best possible performance of FTTx network operation in line with company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
· To ensure smooth rollout and acquisition targets within the regions through vendor management.
· To provide comprehensive reports to Fiber management on project status, vendor performance, national complexities, and risks.
· To propose and track action plans to address issues identified in reports and meetings.
· To manage and lead the process of building additional capacity for transmission utilizing appropriate technologies.
Education
· Bachelor’s Degree in Technology Systems (Telecommunication Management / Information Technology) or a related discipline
· MBA or Master’s Degree is an advantage
Experience
· At least 10 Years experience in telecom industry; with 5 years of management in the Fiber field
· Experience in leading/managing cross-functional project teams
· Project Management experience is added advantage
