Your Role

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across multiple social media platforms. You’ll play a key role in building brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting our marketing and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (text, visuals, videos, reels, stories)
• Manage daily social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)
• Monitor engagement, comments, and messages and respond in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
• Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams on campaigns and launches

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar tools.)
• Basic understanding of paid social ads is a plus
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
