
Job Description:
The FP&A Specialist is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and monitoring revenue and expense reports to support effective financial planning and decision-making. This role plays a key part in budget planning, performance tracking, and management reporting, while ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with internal financial controls.
The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The successful candidate will work closely with various internal departments and provide financial insights to support business objectives. This role reports directly to the Finance Manager.
Required Competencies & Skills:
Solid understanding of management accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
High attention to detail with a strong sense of accuracy and accountability.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Clear communication skills and the ability to present financial information in a structured manner.
