Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (Full Time, Remote)

We are a growing digital agency working with ambitious businesses that want real, measurable results. We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full time basis and take ownership of digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution and is confident managing campaigns end to end.

What you will be responsible for:

• Planning, launching, and optimising paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other relevant social platforms
• Creating detailed marketing strategies aligned with client goals and budgets
• Managing campaigns from initial planning through execution, testing, optimisation, and reporting
• Monitoring performance, analysing data, and making proactive improvements to maximise ROI
• Working closely with our internal team to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing and website strategies
• Staying up to date with digital marketing trends, platform changes, and best practices

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience running and optimising Google Ads and Meta Ads at a senior level
• Experience managing social media advertising campaigns beyond Meta is a strong plus
• Ability to take full ownership of campaigns from strategy through to results
• Strong analytical skills and a results driven mindset
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment
