We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled 4G-5G-LFBB Sub_Region Engineer to join our NDC department.
A 4G-5G-LFBB Sub_Region Engineer is responsible for all activities and actions in the designated area or region and the performance of the network and KPI’s in order of standards. 

Role Complexity:

• Support the monitoring team and provide consultancy.
• Consultancy with the monitoring team on justifying and commenting on node KPI degradation.
• Cell/Sector level Soft and hard adjustments recommendations like soft parameters, tilt, azimuth, or modernization requirements.
• change implementations are done by the CM team or field team, not the Sub-region Responsible.
• Customer Complaint analysis and advice to resolve the issues.
• Technical Coordination: Collaborating with Irancell and ILabs MVO network engineers, and technicians, Also need to fully understand Irancell networks KPIs.
• Mobile Network Expertise: Understanding cellular network technologies (4G/5G/LFBB) and their functionalities to effectively manage network projects.

Tools:
familiar with network optimization tools and vendors such as (E//-Nokia and Huawei - ZTE) and familiar with IOS platform and KPI monitoring tools.

Experience/Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in ،Telecommunication companies.
• Have Technical knowledge and experience.
• Familiar with Ericsson/Nokia/Huawei/ZTE tools.
• Strong understanding of network KPIs (Formula), AND score structure
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Providing various types of reports.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• English language proficient
