Job Description
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating on-brand visual materials to support Hyperstar’s marketing, retail promotions, and digital communications.
Key Responsibilities
Design creative assets for social media, digital ads, website/e-commerce
Create materials such as posters, flyers, signage, and promotional toolkits.
Adapt and resize designs across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency.
Prepare final production files for print and digital (correct sizes, resolution, color settings) and support vendor coordination when needed.
Collaborate with marketing and internal stakeholders to understand briefs, manage feedback, and meet deadlines.
Job Specification
Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Experience: 5 years of relevant design experience; retail/e-commerce experience is an advantage.
Technical Skills: Strong in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop; InDesign preferred. Solid understanding of layout, typography, and exporting for print/digital.
Competencies: Creativity, attention to detail, strong time management, ability to handle multiple projects, teamwork, and responsiveness to feedback.
Portfolio: Required (examples of both digital and print work).
