We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled LMBB Subregion Owner (Engineer) join to our NDC department

• Minimum Requirements :
  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication or  a related technical discipline or above.

·       3+ years of experience in ،Telecommunication companies.
·       Have Technical knowledge and  experience.

Experience/Skills:

·       Familiar with Ericsson/Nokia/Huawei/ZTE tools .
·       Strong understanding of network KPIs (Formula), AND score structure
·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills
·       Providing various type of reports.
·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team
English language proficient

•    Strategic network Monitoring and trouble ticketing 
•    Network performance increment 
•    Advance network solutions 

Role Complexity:

·       Support the monitoring team and provide consultancy.
·       Consultancy to monitoring team on justifying and commenting on node KPI degradation.
·       Cell/Sector level Soft and hard adjustments recommendations like soft parameters, tilt, azimuth, or modernization requirements.
•    Customer Complaint analysis and advice to resolve the issues.


Creativities (improvement/innovation inherent):

•     creativity and innovation to solve technical issues in network and have collaboration with Non-radio support and radio support team and make simple and understandable reports of MVO progress and find solution to overcome problem. In addition, having resilience in difficult situation to manage happened challenges.
