Logistics Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the logistics team to achieve operational targets
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods as per schedules
• Manage inventory levels, warehouse operations, and stock accuracy
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal departments
• Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations
• Resolve operational issues, delays, or customer complaints promptly
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and improve efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of logistics operations, transportation, and inventory management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
