Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage office-related activities, including personnel administrative matters and basic financial coordination.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Receive, review, and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Organize, maintain, and archive office documents, records, and reports.
  • Prepare and submit daily activity and incident reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Familiar with official writing standards and administrative correspondence.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High sense of responsibility with good follow-up and ownership of tasks.
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Advanced English language proficiency is considered an advantage.
