We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager with prior B2B experience, preferably in Fintech or technology-driven environments, to lead and scale our merchant acquisition efforts. This role focuses on designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel performance marketing strategies to attract and convert merchants into payment acceptance partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels with a strong focus on B2B merchant acquisition
- Analyze campaign performance using performance marketing analytics tools and turn data into actionable insights
- Manage and optimize paid channels (including but not limited to search, display, social, native, and programmatic advertising)
- Identify, test, and scale effective B2B advertising sources suitable for merchant and business acquisition
- Collaborate with and manage digital advertising agencies, ensuring alignment with performance goals and ROI targets
- Work closely with content and SEO teams to support organic growth, lead generation, and conversion optimization
- Support and execute SEO-driven content strategies tailored to merchants and small-to-medium businesses
- Plan and manage SMS marketing campaigns as part of the overall performance and lifecycle strategy
- Leverage eCRM tools to nurture leads, improve conversion rates, and optimize the merchant onboarding funnel
- Continuously test new channels, creatives, and messaging to improve CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in B2B environments
- Prior experience in Fintech, Payments, SaaS, or similar industries is a strong plus
- Strong familiarity with performance marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, attribution tools, dashboards, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with various digital advertising platforms and tools
- Solid understanding of B2B digital advertising ecosystems and effective acquisition sources
- Experience working with digital advertising agencies, including briefing, performance tracking, and optimization
- Good understanding of SEO principles and content marketing for lead generation
- Experience with SMS marketing and eCRM systems for lead nurturing and retention
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
