Business Process Management Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Assess company operations, organization, products, and systems for significant improvement opportunities
• Assess the cost, benefit, and feasibility of potential solutions and business opportunities
• Partner with business teams to identify, prioritize, and execute projects that enhance business capabilities, processes, and operations
• Identify and articulate technology capabilities, challenges, and trade-offs to business units
• Design & Process modeling to Prepare a to-be model
• Revise  as-is processes  based on Reports, Business Requirements and changing policy
• Documenting of as-is Processes and flows
• Preparing process documents for implementation on Jira by other teammates
• Train the related stakeholders on implemented processes and support them for further enhancement and troubleshooting.
• To Design and develop required dashboards based on existing processes and monitor them.
  
  

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or Business, Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, or other related disciplines
• At least 4 years experience in process management, business analysis and other related areas.
• Work experience in an E-commerce organization is an advantag
• Good knowledge of business processes, operations, models, and structure
• Good ability to use necessary software (Excel, word, etc)
• Familiarity with Process Best Practices like APQC
• The ability to use Process mining tools (Celonis, Disco)
• Familiarity with workflow design platforms like visual paradigm
• Familiarity with defining KPIs
• The ability to use BI tools is a plus
