We’re looking for a hands-on and dependable Chief Accountant to take ownership of our accounting function and ensure our financial operations remain accurate, compliant, and scalable as the company grows. This role works closely with CFO and plays a key part in strengthening financial processes and controls.

Responsibilities:
•Own and manage all core accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and consistency across financial records
•Lead the monthly and annual closing, delivering timely and reliable financial reports
•Prepare and review financial statements in line with accounting standards and local regulations
•Design, maintain, and improve accounting processes and internal controls to support a growing organization
•Partner with Finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
•Support and develop the accounting team by setting clear standards and best practices

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
•Minimum 6 years of solid accounting experience, preferably in dynamic or growing environments
•Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting standards, and tax regulations
•Hands-on experience with accounting systems / ERPs and strong Excel skills
•Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable taking ownership
•Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
•Experience in startup, scale-up, or tech-enabled companies is a plus
