Role Overview
We’re looking for talented Strategic Business Associates to join our dynamic team. This role is

development, manage partnerships, and support institutional engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build strong relationships: Develop trust and rapport with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities: Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize value.
- Coordinate internally: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor performance: Track account metrics, prepare reports, and ensure targets are met.
- Resolve issues: Address client concerns promptly and effectively to maintain positive experiences.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic roles
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or digital payments is a plus
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and analytical thinking
- Complete familiarity with financial markets and crypto, considered a priority
