Role Summary:

Own the full campaign lifecycle end-to-end (strategy, planning, execution, monitoring, optimization) across digital channels. Focus on hitting KPIs such as ROI/ROAS, CPA/CAC, CTR, and conversion rate through clear media planning, precise execution, A/B testing, and data-driven decisions. Work closely with Content, Design, Product, and other business stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize performance marketing across paid channels, with strong command of CPC/CPM, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Define and implement the Measurement Plan and KPIs.
  • Plan and run social media campaigns (including influencer marketing).
  • Partner with the social media team on content production.
  • Manage and improve banner/display campaigns on Yektanet.
  • Work with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze the conversion funnel and improve each step.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance regularly with focus on ROAS, CPA/CAC, CTR, conversion rate, cost, and return; turn insights into clear optimization actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales/Business, Engineering/Tech, and Design to align campaigns with company goals.
  • Plan and execute branding and product-launch campaigns to create a distinct audience experience, alongside performance campaigns.



Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in campaign management or performance marketing.
  • Advanced expertise in digital & performance marketing beyond the basics.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and ad-platform dashboards.
  • Deep knowledge of CPC/CPM, audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative best practices, and the conversion funnel.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting; able to turn data into actions to improve KPIs.
  • Strategic thinking + creativity with a results-oriented mindset.


Nice-to-Have:

  • Basic SQL for building dashboards and reporting.
  • Familiarity with the WebEngage platform.
