Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Market Strategy Development:
• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Scientific and Marketing Support:
• Providing scientific education and marketing data support to internal teams, including sales and medical representatives.
• Sales Forecasting and Competitive Market Analysis:
• Analyzing sales performance, forecasting demand, and assessing competitors’ market strategies and activities.
• Awareness Campaign Management:
• Planning, implementing, and monitoring awareness and educational campaigns targeting healthcare professionals.
• Preparation of Promotional Materials:
• Developing and coordinating the creation of promotional tools and materials in compliance with regulatory standards.

 
Required Competencies:

• Marketing Plan Expertise:
• Strong ability to develop product roadmaps, conduct SWOT analysis, and perform market segmentation.
• Market Data Analysis:
• Proficiency in working with sales data and IMS reports to deliver accurate market insights and demand forecasts.
• Pharmaceutical Scientific Knowledge:
• Deep understanding of biological mechanisms, particularly in the cardio-metabolic therapeutic area, to effectively communicate with physicians.
• Project and Campaign Management:
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities among supply chain, production, regulatory affairs, and sales teams.
• Proficiency in Specialized Software:
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and professional PowerPoint) and market analysis tools.

 
English Language Proficiency
Advanced (90%) – Full comprehension and effective communication of concepts without difficulty.
