About the Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer at NUVIOR, you’ll play a key role in shaping our brand and creating high-performing visual assets across both digital and print. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials that elevate our products and resonate with our audience.

This role is ideal for someone who is not only strong in design, but also understands how design supports marketing goals, improves engagement, and drives conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, branding, and promotions.
• Design and produce brochures, flyers, catalogs, posters, product sheets, and other printed marketing materials.
• Create digital marketing assets, including:
• Email marketing designs (newsletters, promotions, product announcements)
• Social media graphics
• Website banners, landing page graphics, and online ad creatives
• Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign goals into visual designs that support engagement, brand awareness, and sales.
• Ensure strong brand consistency across all touchpoints and platforms.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors to ensure high-quality output (color accuracy, sizing, production standards).
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our creative output.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative direction for campaigns and brand development.
• Assist with improving visual performance through A/B testing ideas (especially for ads/emails).
• Support event/trade show design needs (booths, roll-up banners, signage).
• Help maintain organized design libraries, templates, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience (marketing-heavy roles preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Demonstrated experience designing for both print and digital, including email campaigns and brochures.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing campaigns, and high-quality creative work.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience preparing files for printing and working with production specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational/time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Fluent in English.

Nice-to-Have / Strong Advantage

• Knowledge of marketing principles and how design supports lead generation and conversions.
• Experience with email platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar.
• Familiarity with motion graphics/video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.)
• Basic understanding of social media ad formats & best practices.
