

Job Description:
The District Sales Manager leads and supervises a team of medical sales representatives to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory. This role is responsible for sales execution, performance coaching, scientific promotion standards, and building strong relationships with dermatologists, pharmacies, and key accounts. The DSM ensures effective field implementation aligned with commercial strategies, product positioning, and compliance policies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage, mentor, and develop a team of medical representatives through ongoing coaching and joint field visits.
· Drive sales growth by executing marketing strategies and achieving monthly/annual targets.
· Plan and monitor KPIs: visit frequency, coverage, prescription generation, territory performance, and budget utilization.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, pharmacies, hospitals, and KOLs.
· Track market insights, competitor actions, and share reports with Marketing and Medical.
· Support product launches, campaigns, and scientific activities in alignment with cross-functional teams.
· Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, ethical promotional standards, and company policies.
· Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and execute corrective action plans when required.
Qualifications:
· Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or Business (MBA is a plus).
· Minimum +7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role; dermatology experience is an advantage.
· Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Proven record of meeting sales targets and developing high-performing teams.
· Ability to travel frequently and maintain high field presence.
